Content Performance Training for Taiwan Market
We're launching a hands-on program focused on what actually works when analyzing content for local audiences. This isn't academic theory—it's practical skill-building for people who want to understand why some content performs and other content doesn't.
Our approach comes from working with businesses across Taiwan for the past six years. You'll learn the frameworks we use daily, practice with real scenarios, and build analysis capabilities that translate directly to better decision-making.
Why We Built This Program
A few years back, we kept getting the same question from clients: "Can you teach our team to do what you do?" They didn't want to outsource forever. They wanted their people to understand content performance deeply enough to make smart calls without always needing external help.
So we started small. A few weekend workshops. Some evening sessions. What we discovered surprised us—there's a real hunger for this kind of training, but not in the usual "here's a certificate" format. People wanted practical tools they could use Monday morning.
The program evolved from there. Now it's a structured six-month journey that balances conceptual understanding with hands-on application. You'll work with actual content challenges, not sanitized case studies. And you'll leave with a portfolio of analysis work that proves you know what you're doing.
Who'll Be Teaching You
Leif spent a decade at analytics firms before moving to Taiwan in 2018. He's obsessed with finding patterns in messy data and explaining complex metrics in plain language. Expect lots of spreadsheet deep-dives and "aha" moments.
Callum's background is journalism and content marketing. He's been helping Taiwan businesses figure out their content approach since 2016. His specialty is translating audience insights into actionable content plans that actually get executed.
Todor handles the technical side—tracking setup, tool integration, automation workflows. He's great at demystifying technology for non-technical folks. You'll learn enough to have intelligent conversations with developers without becoming one yourself.
How the Six Months Break Down
Foundation & Metrics Understanding
We start with the fundamentals—what metrics actually matter and why. You'll learn to distinguish signal from noise, understand attribution models, and set up proper measurement frameworks. This phase is about building a solid conceptual foundation before diving into tools.
Weeks 1-6Audience Analysis & Segmentation
Here's where things get interesting. You'll work with real audience data to identify meaningful segments, understand behavioral patterns, and map content to specific audience needs. Lots of practical exercises using anonymized datasets from actual businesses.
Weeks 7-12Performance Analysis & Optimization
This is the "why does this content work and that content doesn't" phase. You'll develop diagnostic skills, learn A/B testing methodology, and practice identifying optimization opportunities. Your projects during this period focus on improving existing content performance.
Weeks 13-20Strategic Application & Portfolio
The final stretch brings everything together. You'll complete a capstone project analyzing a real content challenge, present your findings, and compile your work into a professional portfolio. We also cover how to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders who don't live in data.
Weeks 21-24
